《假面騎士平成世代FOREVER》是一部穿越時空的戰(zhàn)斗，在常磐莊吾與桐戰(zhàn)兔的世界里發(fā)生了異變就像被替換成別人一般、伴們的記憶一個接一個地去了。接著在他們面前，Super Time Jaker·Tid現(xiàn)身了，在守護少年幸吾的戰(zhàn)斗中，吾遇見了一位喜歡假面騎的青年·充（Ataru）。 另一方，獨自挑戰(zhàn)Tid的戰(zhàn)兔，被其洗腦操縱了。而想在強大的敵人前救出幸吾的莊吾，卻被所告知：“假面騎士，在實中是不存在的?！蹦蔷?的真意到底是什么？究竟從什么時候開始假面騎士成了虛構的存在？在謎團漸加深的時候，莊吾與戰(zhàn)追蹤著Tid的身影，來到了初代平成騎士的誕生?九郎岳遺跡?
Desperate for success and quickly loosing grip, a pair of metal musicians lure a young woman to a secluded mansion in hopes of inspiring their next album. However, tensions arise between the two band mates as one of them accidentally falls in love with their soon-to-be victim.
